Optimize Performance as a Bid Operations Specialist We're seeking an exceptional individual to join our Publisher Professional Services team in São Paulo. As a Bid Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for proactively identifying optimization opportunities through complex data analysis, configuring settings to improve performance, managing support escalations, and collaborating closely with Account Managers, RnD, and Product teams. About the Role: - You'll have 3+ years of experience in sales engineering, 3rd level support, technical account management, or similar roles within the AdTech industry. - Demonstrated success in leveraging data trends to identify opportunities and formulate actionable strategies for performance enhancement. - You'll have the ability to monitor and resolve technical issues with existing integrations, possessing advanced troubleshooting capabilities. - Proficiency in SQL and extracting insights from databases is essential. - Exceptional communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are required. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage day-to-day ad operations tasks, ensuring account health checks and discovering opportunities to optimize and improve publishers' performance. 2. Identify novel optimization opportunities and implement them into a systematic daily workflow. 3. Lead the development and execution of AB testing and optimization initiatives across all business units. 4. Act as a subject matter expert and escalation point for issues arising from business teams worldwide. 5. Utilize data and research from various sources to establish testing parameters and interpret test outcomes. 6. Translate qualitative and quantitative test results into actionable business insights and relay them to Account managers and clients. 7. Collaborate closely with Product teams to support decision-making during the rollout of new features. 8. Support complex alerts and perform in-depth troubleshooting to identify and solve issues escalated by the monitoring support team. 9.
