The Project Coordinator plays a vital role in managing residential countertop installation projects from start to finish. The role is focused on enhancing customer satisfaction by maintaining clear email communication and coordinating effectively with clients, contractors, and internal departments. This position involves tracking, gathering, and disseminating project information to ensure a seamless and efficient process for all stakeholders.To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent people skills with a strong sense of urgency. You will be working in partnership with clients, contractors, and colleagues alike to help track, gather, and dispense project-related information and updates daily.Key Responsibilities:Manage residential countertop installation projects from order processing to completion. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring prompt responses to inquiries and updates.Communicate with clients via text and email to collect project requirements and address concerns in a timely manner. Oversee the CAD and estimating approval process, ensuring timely procurement of signed documents.Confirm project readiness for measures and installations, resolving any potential concerns proactively. Ensure required plumbing fixtures and countertop support brackets are in place before installation.Document and maintain project data in job tracking software (e.g., Moraware).
