Job Description The University of Missouri, Columbia is seeking a postdoctoral researcher in astronomy and astrophysics, with a focus on galaxy evolution and/or machine learning. The successful candidate will work with Prof. Charles Steinhardt and the broader astronomy group at Missouri. Candidates with diverse interests in observational and theoretical astronomy are encouraged to apply. A start date between June and August 2025 is preferred. The initial appointment will be for one year, with potential extension up to three years based on performance and funding. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Ph.D. in astronomy, astrophysics, or related field by the appointment date.
