Back Office International Services is looking for a HR Coordinator to lead key HR processes and ensure a positive employee experience for our remote workforce in Colombia. This role is essential in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent while ensuring compliance with local labor laws and fostering a high-performance culture. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Lead recruitment and selection processes, collaborating with hiring managers to identify top talent. Manage the onboarding process to ensure a smooth integration of new employees. Support employer branding strategies to position the company as a great workplace. Employee Support & Performance Management Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies and procedures. Implement and manage performance evaluation processes and career development plans. Support initiatives to improve employee engagement and workplace culture. Compliance & HR Administration Ensure compliance with Colombian labor laws and keep HR policies up to date. Oversee employee documentation and assist with HR administrative processes. Manage benefits programs and wellness initiatives in coordination with external providers. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience leading HR processes such as recruitment, training, and talent management. Strong knowledge of Colombian labor laws. English level B2-C1 (will be assessed during the interview process). Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Must be based in Bogotá, Colombia . Salary & Benefits Salary range: 4,000,000 – 5,800,000 COP (based on experience). Opportunity to learn and grow in an international team.
