**Responsibilities**: **Hexagon’s Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division** (Hexagon) is seeking an **Account Manager** to work in ** Colombia**. Take a look at the description below and join us! Accountable for client satisfaction by identifying client needs, anticipating future challenges and proposing value-added technology solutions to clients/prospects in an identified or new territory and/or industry. - Develops and documents territory/account plans that meet sales targets under the direction of sales management - Generates sales growth by maximizing business opportunities within existing accounts and prospecting new accounts via cold calling and following up on leads - Holds initial discovery and requirement gathering meetings with clients focusing on identifying business and technical drivers. - Involved in preparing client presentations and proposals - Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, etc. - Negotiates financial terms and facilitates negotiations for contract terms and conditions - Maintains an up-to-date and accurate pipeline of customer opportunities - Uses at least 50% of working time for customer interactions on a weekly basis - Establishes and maintains good relationships with customers - Actively seeks knowledge of industry trends - Develops and maintains appropriate industry contacts/networks - Availability to travel 50%. - Maintains an up-to-date and accurate customer activities and between different internal areas, commercial, legal, services. Qualifications: **Education** - Engineering or Business Administration degree **Experience** - At least 10 years relevant industry ( Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power) experience in a sales or technical pre-sales role preferably with consulting experience - Understanding Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power industries main interest and requirement and also their processes. - Knowledge of CAPEX projects development. - Knowledge of OPEX industries investments. - Knowledge of the Oil & Gas business is a plus. - General knowledge in instrumentation and control is plus - Knowledge of software platforms for project execution is a plus - Knowledge in how Identify main contacts, champions, influencers, decision makers, develop provider - customer long term relationships. **Technical Skills & Knowledge** - In-depth knowledge of ALI software and solutions and the ability to map business needs to products - Familiar with competitor’s solutions - Proficient in MS Office products and customer relationship management (CRM) systems **Competencies** - Able to build and maintain relationships with fellow employees - Possesses a drive for achieving results and winning business - Demonstrates passion and commitment to the technical solutions in an assigned industry - Conducts self professionally in all interactions, understanding and adapting to the political climate and culture that our customers operate in - Understands personal styles and adapts own style to enhance relationships with customers - Uses and presents information effectively to persuade others - Concerned with doing the right thing for our customers and business - Demonstrates an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities - Demonstrates a high level of resilience and persistence
