Job Title: Security and Compliance Specialist We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven individual to join our team as a Security and Compliance Specialist. This role will involve maintaining the security and compliance posture of a fast-growing tech company, ensuring alignment with frameworks like SOC 2 Type 2 and GDPR. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SOC 2, GDPR, or other security/compliance frameworks, as well as experience with tools like Drata, Kandji, and Apple Business Manager. They will be able to communicate clearly across technical and non-technical teams, and possess a process-oriented mindset with a focus on continual improvement. The Security and Compliance Specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining security compliance activities across the company, overseeing daily operations in our compliance platform, coordinating evidence collection and control mapping, and maintaining GDPR-related documentation. They will also collaborate with internal teams to implement new certifications and update security controls as technology and regulations evolve.
