As a subject matter expert, you will take a consultative approach to ensure a strategic and compliant hiring process. You will create a positive candidate experience and follow best practices for sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring. This role is based in Colombia and works closely with a Colombia and United States Team. While the primary focus is on U.S.-based hiring, the role may expand to support hiring in Colombia as organizational needs evolve. What you’ll be doing - Execute the Talent Acquisition strategy to attract, source, and select the best talent - Develop targeted sourcing strategies using job boards, social platforms, and networking aligned with corporate hiring needs; including meeting specific deadlines. - Stay current on employment trends, labor market conditions, and salary benchmarks in your supported regions. - Schedule regular check-ins with hiring leaders to review role requirements, candidate progress, and interview feedback. - Communicate clearly and professionally in both English and Spanish, adapting to different communication styles. - Provide market insights and hiring recommendations to support well-informed decisions. - Build strong partnerships by acting as a trusted resource throughout the hiring process. - Manage requisitions, interviews, candidate workflows and offers in the Applicant Tracking System (Taleo). - Track and report recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill and candidate experience. - Standardize templates and tools (job descriptions, interview guides, etc.) to ensure consistency. - Stay mindful of cultural norms, holidays, and time zone differences when scheduling and communicating. - Use collaboration tools (Teams, Outlook) to interact with colleagues. - Communicate updates proactively and ensure timely follow-through with candidates and hiring managers. - Represent the company’s brand and values throughout the recruitment experience. Requirements : - English Level B2 and above - 2+ years of experience within Talent Acquisition/Recruiting - Experience recruiting on corporate functions strongly preferred - including but not limited to finance, customer service, human resources, sales, and administrative roles. - Strong written and verbal communication skills (English and Spanish) - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously and to react to shifting priorities to satisfy employee and business needs - Process, policy, and detail oriented; strong analytical and organizational skills are a must - Technology savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly - Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Taleo is a plus!) - Proficient with MS 365 · Ability to successfully work as an individual and as part of a team - Advanced speaking skills; must communicate information clearly and facilitate learning to diverse audiences - Proactive, strategic thinker with strong attention to detail Seniority level - Seniority level Associate Employment type - Employment type Full-time Job function - Job function Human Resources - Industries Textile Manufacturing Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at UniFirst Corporation by 2x Sign in to set job alerts for “Recruiter” roles.
