Automobile Aftersales Strategy Planning Officer Createan aftersales strategy for Asia-Oceania region and facilitate theproject to improve customer loyalty and maximize aftersalesrevenue. Coordinate and support local offices and distributors inthe Asia-Oceania region as a regional headquarters of Honda MotorCo. , Ltd. This includes organizing meeting events, providingtraining to improve DLR service operation, and standardizingactivities with guideline creation. Plan short and medium-termdirection with local offices and distributors, monitor performanceagainst it, and report to management on a monthly, quarterly, andyearly basis. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's Degree or higher inBusiness Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or any relatedfield. 2. Excellent command of English, both spoken and written(TOEIC 700 or above). 3. Work experience in aftersales service atan automotive company is a plus. 4. Good analytical, interpersonal,and negotiation skills. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office andpresentation PPT making. 6.
