Position: Accounts Receivable and Accounting Specialist Location: 100% Remote Schedule: Flexible, aligned with project needs About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable and Accounting Specialist to manage collections, streamline receivables processes, and ensure accuracy in accounting records. This position plays a key role in maintaining healthy cash flow, analyzing financial data, and supporting overall accounting operations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills, the ability to communicate effectively with international clients, and the discipline to work independently in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement efficient collection strategies to meet defined KPIs. - Communicate directly with clients to negotiate payments, resolve disputes, and maintain positive relationships. - Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts. - Analyze financial statements and client payment behaviors to improve collection outcomes. - Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records. - Review and classify banking transactions in compliance with accounting standards. - Record accounting entries in accordance with best practices and current regulations. - Utilize ERP systems effectively, preferably Zoho Books/Finance, for tracking and reporting. - Collaborate closely with the Financial Controller and Accounts Payable Specialist to coordinate financial flows and month-end closures. - Prepare documentation for internal and external audits. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in accounting, auditing, or accounts receivable management. - Proven expertise in collections and receivables oversight. - Strong proficiency in Excel and digital accounting tools. - Experience with Zoho ERP (preferred) or similar accounting software. - Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical thinking. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fully remote, multicultural environment. ttg Talent Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer and recruiting agency.
