_We're currently looking for our new LTL Representative!_ Location: Barranquilla **Responsibilities**: - Provide quotes and book LTL/Volume shipments for customers. - File claims and disputes in carrier's websites. - Building loads according to customer requirements. - Handle inbound/outbound calls from carriers to get updates and negotiate rates to cover loads. - Oversee and communicate any issues related to the loads. - Provide updates to the customers in a timely manner. - Request PODs and ensure they are accurate before the load is released **Requirements**: - Excellent command of the English Language (Oral and written). - Bachelor´s degree in industrial engineering, international business, business administration, or related. - 1-year experience in an office environment - Energy and demeanor to engage in more than 30 telephone calls daily - Sense of urgency relative to delivering quality work product - Attention to detail with a “can do” attitude and a “will do” work ethic - PreferredLogistics Industry Experience in Dispatch, Track & Trace or Carrier Sales Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo Salario: $2.500.000 - $3.000.000 al mes
