**Key Responsibilities**: - Oversee and refine employee standards and procedures, using existing HR systems as well as improved or recommended processes - Assist with recruitment efforts, and prepare employees for their assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs - Identify and recommend improvements to internal standard operating procedures, including team restructuring and morale building - Maintain and enhance employee benefits programs, including compensation, health insurance, expense reimbursement, and vacation - Plan, monitor, and appraise HR activities by resolving employee grievances, training managers in how to coach and discipline, and counseling employees and supervisors - Champion the onboarding process by ensuring that it's high-quality and up to date, and provide clarity and connection for employees so their roles serve the overall business vision - Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human-resources policies and procedures - Develop and implement talent pipelines to attract top talent, move stars into their optimal position, and ensure stability with robust succession plans - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs - Lead the company’s Human Resources function - Track employee time and attendance **Qualifications**: - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources or related field - 5+ years of experience in human resources or employee recruitment - Proven track record of success in attracting and retaining top talent - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and an ethical mindset - Bilingual - English and Spanish (essential) - Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills - Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive change - Familiarity with HR software **Experience**: - Human Resources/Recruitment: 5 years (required) **Language**: - English and Spanish (required)
