Job Description The People Experience Manager for Colombiawill play a pivotal role in elevating the HR function to supportour country's growth objectives. This role requires a strong HRleader to deploy HR processes, enhance team performance, coachleaders and address key recruitment and retention challenges. HowYou’ll Contribute - Ensure proactive and timely execution of thecountry Headcount Plan, balancing speed and quality in talentacquisition. - Implement and standardize effective HR policies andprocesses that align with our growth strategy and global PX system(including talent acquisition, performance management and talentmanagement, among others). - Coach and collaborate with Colombia’sleadership team to align HR strategies with organizational goalswhile providing expert advice on people matters. - Develop andimplement programs to improve the employee lifecycle, impactingturnover. - Act as a strategic advisor on organizationaldevelopment and employee engagement. - Manage labor affairs incollaboration with the legal team and external vendors. - Build anddevelop a high-performing local PX team. Qualifications What We’reLooking For: - Bachelor's degree in Business Management, IndustrialEngineering, Psychology, Law or a related field. - At least 6 yearsof HR experience, including 3 years in a senior HR role within ahigh-growth or scaling organization. - Proven success in optimizingHR functions, addressing recruitment and retention challenges, andleading cultural transformation. - Fluent in spoken and writtenEnglish. - Results-oriented, hands-on and proactive.
