**Enterpryze **is a globally available, cloud-based Business Management Solution, integrated with SAP Business One. We have an opportunity for an **IT Support Technician** within our growing Technology team. This role will suit an ambitious individual who will join the team at an exciting time of growth and scale in our business. **The Role**: - Monitor Dashboards of critical systems & investigate outlying issues from dashboards and logs - Log opportunities for improvement - Monitor notices and alerts from Online.net, AWS, Azure, Zabix. - Identify and find the solution to any support issues - Escalate when required and manage escalation through to completion - Logging of all updates - Check daily backups & maintain audit trail of backup checks - Support Office 365 - Outlook, Teams, Azure Active Directory - Support Finance and Customer Private cloud - Support Internal IT Issues **Skills Required**: - 2+ years experience in a similar role and environment - Previous track record & competence in “Networking” including TCP/IP - Full understanding of IP routing, ports and NAT. Firewall rules - basic understanding of how firewall rules operate - Good working knowledge of Office 365 - Confident communicator - ability to communicate effectively and proactively to all levels throughout the organisations - Fluent English speaker - Proven working knowledge of Private Cloud - installing windows serve, configuring active directory, RDS, windows Firewall and group policy required - Good Security awareness and experience required **The Person**: - Positive “Can-do” attitude with a passion and enthusiasm for technology - Ambitious - Ownership - see things through from start to finish - Inquisitive by nature - Team-player, ability to work well in a distributed team environment and partner with internal and external resources - Exceptional interpersonal skills - Persistence, assertiveness and resourcefulness required - Solution driven **Education**: 3rd level degree in IT related field
