Job Title: Investigations Lead About the Role We are seeking a skilled Investigations Lead to join our team. As an Investigations Lead, you will be responsible for leading and conducting complex workplace investigations, including those related to Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) laws, civil and human rights, policy violations, such as discrimination, harassment, workplace bullying and retaliation. You will work closely with senior compliance managers and other stakeholders to ensure that all investigations are conducted in a fair, professional, and timely manner. Responsibilities - Lead or assist with employee and industrial relations investigations across various geographic locations. - Report the results and conclusions of the investigation. - Ensure allocated investigations are brought to a satisfactory and timely conclusion by undertaking high quality, detailed, fair and professional investigations. Required Skills and Qualifications - Tertiary qualified in law, human resources, or similar discipline. - Specialist training and accreditation in investigative fields, including investigative interviewing. - A working knowledge of the MS Office suite. - Working knowledge of computer forensic and eDiscovery tools and platforms.
