As an organization, we are united through trust as one inclusive, diverse team, and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed. **What a typical day will look like** The Leader of Natural Resources develops the Business Portfolio of the Oil and Gas, Power and Engineering area, with special emphasis on the development and business portfolio of Electric Energy- Handling and leading efficiently the assigned Business portfolio- Help Preparing submissions for underwriters including reinsurance contract documentation for New and existing portfolio.- Negotiating policy terms and conditions with reinsurers.- Arranging reinsurance cover for clients (Ceding Companies) with reinsurance markets.- Leading the Renewal of the existing portfolio under their responsibility.- Achieving the revenue plan and other established goals. **Skills and experience that will lead to success**- Experience: 10 years of work experience in roles related to the insurance or reinsurance industry or in activities similar to the profile.- Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the Natural Resources sector- Studies and/or specialties: Engineering (preferable, but not essential)- Languages: Advanced English**How we support our colleagues** In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
