Location: Bedford, TX Job Id: 350 # of Openings: 1 Role Summary: We’re looking for a strategic leader to build and scale our growth science function — combining behavioral psychology, marketing analytics, and data science to unlock deeper customer insights and drive measurable growth. You’ll help shape our approach to customer behavior, campaign measurement, and lifetime value across our eight-brand portfolio, leveraging a wealth of internal and external data sources. This role will work cross-functionally across lifecycle marketing, paid media, experimentation, and finance to translate insights into action and build a truly data-driven marketing organization. What You’ll Do: Own and evolve the Growth Analytics roadmap, including measurement frameworks, tech stack recommendations, and team structure Develop dashboards, scorecards, and forecasting models to democratize insights across the business Collaborate with cross-functional teams in marketing, paid media, CRM, and technology Leverage media mix modeling (MMM), multi-touch attribution (MTA), and incrementality testing to evaluate performance Build and maintain models for LTV, CAC, churn, and retention that inform business and media strategy Partner with Finance and Marketing leadership to inform brand strategies, annual media planning, and budget allocations Act as a strategic thought partner to shared services marketing, brand leaders, and the C-suite — helping elevate analytics fluency across the organization What You’ll Bring: 10+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or marketing science, with progressive leadership responsibility Advanced technical proficiency in SQL, Python or R, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Looker Experience partnering with media teams, MarTech platforms, and using attribution and measurement tools Expertise in media performance measurement, including MMM, attribution modeling, lift testing, and econometrics Ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable business insights Excellent communication and data storytelling skills, especially when engaging with senior executives and non-technical stakeholders Experience building and leading high-performing analytics teams Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative, business, or marketing analytics field Company Description Unleashed Brands was founded to curate and grow a portfolio of the most innovative and profitable brands that help kids learn, play and grow.
