We're looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join Source Meridian, and you could be the perfect fit! We are laser-focused on specific technologies in the healthcare and life science industries: Healthcare technology, artificial intelligence, and healthcare interoperability. What we’re looking for Must-have: 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related client-facing roles Ability to build long-term relationships with clients Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Comfortable working with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce Ability to understand technical products and translate customer needs to internal teams Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday.com) Proficiency in CRM platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zendesk Familiarity with data storage and management systems (e.g., Snowflake, AWS, Azure) Knowledge of SQL to query customer data and generate insights Inglés avanzado (B2) Nice to have: Background in healthcare or health-tech environments Experience working in agile or fast-paced tech teams What we offer: Permanent contract Learning and continuous growth environment Benefit package focused on health and well-being Competitive salary based on your experience Apply only if you reside in Colombia or Ecuador.
