Our organization is seeking an experienced professional to fill a Credit Specialist position. This role plays a crucial part in our Global Business Services team, delivering high-quality services for Finance and Accounting. We are expanding our operations in Bogotá, which will serve the region's countries in several processes, including Credit and Collections. The team responsible for performing daily activities such as Dunning and Collection, Dispute management, and Credit Management. The successful candidate will establish close relationships with customers, anticipate issues proactively, and ensure timely collection of receivables. They will also drive timely collection by following up on overdue invoices with customers, collection agencies, and end consumers. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant work experience in accounting/business area, a broad and deep theoretical understanding of job function, and solid experience with SAP.
