Client Success Support Modality: Home Office Pay: USD $1,000/month Schedule: 8 AM - 5 PM PST At Quiroga Law Office, we fight every day to protect immigrants' right to live, work, and thrive in the U.S. We’re a law firm for immigrants, by immigrants, and we’re growing fast. Now, we’re looking for Client Success Support to ensure that potential clients who have already had an initial consultation move forward in the process until the deal is closed. This role is for you if you have strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to provide exceptional customer support. What You'll Do: Follow up with potential clients who have had prior consultations to reinforce the value of our services and address any remaining concerns. Guide clients through the decision-making process, identifying and overcoming objections to ensure they feel confident in moving forward. Maximize conversion rates by proactively engaging with leads and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. Identify client hesitation points and provide solutions to move them toward a successful commitment. Maintain proactive communication with clients, ensuring they feel supported and informed every step of the way. Ensure the first 15 days after hiring are smooth by conducting quality follow-ups, addressing concerns, and reinforcing client satisfaction. Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition in the service process. Participate in intensive training sessions to refine closing techniques and improve communication strategies. Track client interactions and progress to refine and improve our customer success strategies. What We’re Looking For: Strong communication and persuasive skills. Experience handling objections and providing consultative client support. Ability to strategically guide clients through the final decision-making process. Team player with excellent coordination and collaboration skills. Experience in customer service, client support, or related fields (preferred). Professional degree preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and adaptability to new systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
