6 - 8 Years of experience - Experience on management of Cisco network devices, routers, switches. CCNA certification or equivalent work experience is a must. - Proven experience on subnetting, BGP and OSPF routing protocols, high available connectivity, redundancy, advanced switching, remote access protocols, basic network services (DNS, DHCP, NTP) - Knowledge of AWS Infrastructure related to Transit Gateways, Load Balancers, Direct Connect Gateways, NAT Gateways, Internet Gateways, and AWS Native Site-to-Site Tunnels. - Knowledge of management cloud infrastructure as a code, ability to expand the IaC knowledge to manage infractructure autonomously - Understanding network security principles of next generation firewalls, network perimeters and segmentation - Ability to create and maintain documentation - Experience with network monitoring protocols SNMP, Netflow and monitoring tools like Solarwinds, Netflow Analyser, PRTG. Ability to manage monitoring tools. - Familiar with cloud monitoring tools like AWS CloudWatch, FlowLogs or similar on other cloud platforms - Proficient in ITSM principles and methodologies for efficient management of incidents, problems, changes, and service requests. Experienced in leveraging ITSM tools such as ServiceNow (SNOW) to track, troubleshoot, and resolve network-related issues with precision and efficiency
