Job Description - Groups Coordinator (HOT0BTXL) Work Location Hilton Bogota Corferias, Avenida El Dorado, Calle 26, Corferias 1629 Position Overview A Groups Coordinator , part of the Revenue & Reservations Team, will ensure effective coordination and administration of group room bookings, following the group reservations procedures and contracted services by the customer. Responsibilities - Adhere to the group yield policy to maximize revenue - Develop and maintain a customer database - Manage group bookings in all systems according to Revenue Team guidelines - Participate in group room control meetings - Handle administrative requests as directed by management - Build strong relationships with customers, guests, and team members to understand and serve their needs - Ensure complete administration and execution of contracted groups through meetings with customers and internal teams Qualifications - Strong organizational and administrative skills - Positive attitude and excellent communication skills - High commitment to customer service - Confident telephone manner - Proficiency in IT, especially Office Suite and Excel - Knowledge of Opera PMS Preferred Qualifications - Experience with CRM systems - Background in Groups, Conference, and Events management - Degree in a business discipline from an academic institution About Hilton Hilton is a leading global hospitality company offering a range of accommodations from luxury hotels to extended-stay suites.
