Responsibilities Own the entire UX research process for Superapp, from planning and participant recruitment to execution, synthesis, and communication of insights Define and drive research strategies that inform product vision, roadmap, and design decisions Conduct a wide range of research studies, generative, evaluative, and tracking, using both qualitative and quantitative methods Partner closely with product managers, designers, analysts, and engineers to embed user insights into product decisions Translate complex user behaviors into clear, actionable insights to improve the user experience Build and maintain a scalable research infrastructure, including documentation, knowledge bases, and research repositories Foster a user-centered culture across the Superapp team and broader organization Collaborate with fellow researchers to uphold methodological rigor and share best practices Qualifications 4+ years of experience in UX research, ideally within tech, digital platforms, or complex systems Deep expertise in qualitative methods (e.g., interviews, diary studies, usability testing, JTBD) and solid experience with quantitative approaches (e.g., surveys, A/B testing, statistical analysis) Proven track record of independently managing and executing full research cycles Ability to influence product strategy and design with compelling insights and recommendations Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional teams and navigating ambiguity Experience conducting international research is a plus Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and spoken) #J-18808-Ljbffr
