N-IX is looking for a talented DevOps Engineer to join our client's Cloud-Storage Team. Our client is a leading global provider of high-quality licensed images, videos, and music. The company helps inspire graphic designers, creative directors, video editors, filmmakers, web developers, and other creative professionals by providing diverse content to businesses, marketing agencies, and media organizations around the world. Responsibilities Work on data management and processing tasks, including data migration and merging from different locations, and setting up resources, policies, and automation. Utilize Terraform as the main Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tool, with minor use of CloudFormation. Operate mainly with AWS managed services, with monitoring based on New Relic and notifications via PagerDuty. Adjust existing Lambda functions or develop new scripted automation based on pre-defined templates. Designing new solutions or building from scratch is not expected. Join a distributed team across the US and Europe, participating in established development processes, planning, and sprints. Skills Basic AWS cloud services: VPC, IAM, S3, EC2, etc. Strong knowledge of AWS S3, including best practices, performance optimization, and processing large-scale data (petabytes). Experience with AWS data transfer and migration between cloud providers. Intermediate programming skills in Python or NodeJS. Understanding of resource provisioning using Terraform. Experience building and working with Lambda functions. Nice to Have Experience with object storage services in GCP and Azure. Management of EKS clusters.
