**Careers that Change Lives **Be part of our Sales Operations team under the Medical Surgical group that performs critical work that will allow us to take healthcare further, together. As a Sales Analyst, you will provide Sales Operations support through contract implementation, answering customer inquiries, compliance management, sales order management, data mining, and data visualization. Your work will directly contribute to maximizing Medtronic’s operational and financial performance while actively reducing risk within our capital contracting portfolio. You can grow your career with us; we hope you’ll consider joining our team! **A Day in the Life **- Maintains contract and compliance administration systems in support of our capital contracts portfolio - Implement executed contracts into contract management system - Manage & track sales orders in ERP system (SAP) - Develops ad-hoc reporting in accordance with sales inquiries. - Instructs sales, marketing, finance, and other cross-functional departments in accessing relevant contract portfolio analytics. - Coordinate business objectives with IT & cross-functional teams to achieve strategic & tactical goals. - Manage non-compliant contract reports & calculations. - Coordinates with Credit teams to ensure billings are issued, disputes are resolved, and increase collection rates. - Manage sales systems projects for future improvements and/or functionality expansions - Design & implement additional ad-hoc reporting for audit, analysis, & executive dashboards **Must Have: Minimum Requirements** - 2 or more years proven customer service or supply chain experience, Contract Operations, Sales Operations, or related role - Bachelor’s degree in related areas. - Advance English level. - Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook,Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Communication skills. - Experience presenting data to leadership/executive level. - Negotiation skills. - Customer service skills. - Reporting skills. - Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally (written and verbal). - Demonstrated negotiation/influence management skills-positively resolving conflict. - Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills; Highly flexible to changing business needs. - Demonstrated time management and organizational skills. **Nice to Have** - Knowledge and experience with SAP is a nice to have. - Experience working with medical or pharma industries is a nice to have. - Experience writing SQL queries is a plus. - Advance knowledge in Excel is a plus. **About Medtronic** Together, we can change healthcare worldwide.
