Elder Care Homecare is seeking a highly skilled and experienced **Manager, FP&A.; **We are a private pay homecare agency servicing New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts and have further expansion planned in the near future. **This is a remote role based in Cartagena, Colombia.** As the **Manager, FP&A;**, you will be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, financial modeling and be able to help us drive informed decision making and achieve overall financial objectives. If you are a strategic thinker with vast experience in finance and a desire to make a difference in patient's lives, we would love to meet you! **Responsibilities**: - Financial reporting and forecasting in relation to company goals and financial targets - Expense management tracking - Payroll support experience - Company Payables process and execution - Creation and oversight of budget - Creation and maintaining of company KPI dashboards - Calculating and paying sales commissions - Assisting with Insurance as needed **Requirements**: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance - 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance with a focus on FP&A; - Previous experience working for a US-based organization - Previous experience working in the healthcare or homecare industry - Strong technology, analytical, and communication skills - Previous experience in public accounting is highly valued **Job Types**: Full-time, Contract Application Question(s): - What are your annual compensation expectations?
