Requisitos Required skills and experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field. 5 years of experience Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems.. Knowledge of CPE (Customer Premises Equipment) technology such as DOCSIS (Data Over Cable Service Interface Specification), IPTV, and ONUs. Advanced level of English. Advanced experience and knowledge in telecommunications networks, communication systems, and related technology. Familiarity with network protocols, standards, and emerging technologies. Experience leading and motivating a team of engineers and technicians, managing their performance and professional development. Managing complex projects, including the planning, organization, execution, and control of telecommunications projects. Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams, as well as with suppliers and clients. Ability to develop long-term strategies and adapt to technological and market changes. Travel availability: Regular visits to client plants for observation and research may be necessary. Ability to identify and effectively solve technical and operational problems. Familiarity with telecommunications industry regulations and standards, and the ability to ensure compliance.
