JOB TITLE: Trilingual Agent – Microsoft Partners Outbound (Portuguese B2 – English B2) You're the player we're missing on this TOP Team! Partner engagement campaign for Microsoft. You’ll be responsible for contacting partners nominated by Microsoft subsidiaries to promote the adoption of Microsoft solutions through phone and email follow-ups. What you’ll be doing: Contact Microsoft-nominated partners and follow up on business opportunities. Promote Microsoft products and services to help partners boost their performance. Engage with partners via phone and email in a professional and persuasive manner. Ensure targets and KPIs are met or exceeded. Build lasting relationships through proactive communication and excellent service. The TOP Team is looking for someone who: Has B2 level in both English and Portuguese (CEFR B2 // AM Score 62). Has at least 6 months of customer experience (preferably in technology or BPO). Is proactive, responsible, and goal oriented. Has strong communication and follow-up skills.
