As a **Value-Added Reseller (VAR)**, we specialize in IT hardware distribution, managed services (MSP/MSSP), device leasing (DaaS), software licensing, regional e-commerce, and local tax-compliant invoicing. We serve corporate, government, and education clients through localized execution with global standards. **Role Overview** We are looking for a **LATAM Partner Account Manager** with proven experience in **contract negotiation** and **managed services sales**. This role will be responsible for leading the development and growth of strategic partner accounts across the region, including key alliances with companies such as **Ingram Micro, TD SYNNEX, and Licencias Online**. You will play a central role in expanding our regional footprint by building channel relationships, negotiating long-term service agreements, and coordinating cross-functional delivery. **Key Responsibilities** - Manage and grow relationships with technology vendors, distributors, and channel partners throughout LATAM. - **Negotiate managed services contracts**, framework agreements, SLAs, and financial/commercial terms with partners and clients. - Respond to RFPs and lead the creation of complex quotes and proposals, especially for hardware + service bundles. - Lead regional account planning with each partner and ensure alignment with joint business goals. - Oversee implementation of localized billing, leasing models, licensing, and services across countries. - Coordinate internally with sales, finance, procurement, operations, and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery and fulfillment. - Track performance metrics (pipeline, margins, SLAs) and report on account health. - Represent Globaltek in industry events, partner webinars, and regional strategic meetings. - Identify opportunities to offer bundled solutions such as **DaaS, RMM, Help Desk, and Cloud Services** under subscription-based models. **Qualifications** - **3-5+ years of experience** in partner account management, channel development, or consultative tech sales. - Strong background in **negotiating commercial and managed services agreements**, including SLAs, financial structures, and compliance requirements. - Solid understanding of LATAM’s IT ecosystem including vendors, distributors, resellers, and public/private sector dynamics. - Ability to manage complex sales cycles across multiple countries and organizational levels. - Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce), quoting tools, and Microsoft 365. - Languages**:Fluent Spanish + Advanced English (written and verbal)** required. Portuguese is a plus. - Willingness to travel occasionally within the region for partner engagement and events. Expected Start Date: 01/05/2025
