**Bilingual Recruitment Analyst** **100% Remote Work** **Requirements**: - **3 to 5 years of experience** as a Recruitment Analyst. - Stable internet connection of **20 MB or more** and a **laptop or desktop computer** required. - Use of corporate software to track daily activities. - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and prioritize responsibilities. - Availability to be connected via **Zoom with the camera on when required**. **Responsibilities** - **Interviews & Evaluation**: Conduct initial interviews, assess technical skills, language proficiency (**Spanish and English**), and sales aptitude. - **Department Coordination**: Work closely with the **Operations Manager** and other departments to understand hiring needs and align with the required profiles. - **Continuous Improvement**: Propose and implement strategies to improve recruitment and talent retention processes. - **Compliance**: Ensure all hiring processes comply with **labor laws and internal company policies**. **Skills** - **Effective Communication**: Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively in both **Spanish and English**. - **Adaptability**: Flexibility to work in a **fast-changing** environment and adjust to recruitment needs. **Knowledge** - **BPO Industry**: Experience in the **BPO sector** and knowledge of required sales profiles in this work environment. - **Technological Tools**: Experience with **ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment platforms**. - **Labor Regulations**: Knowledge of **labor laws and regulations** applicable to the hiring process. **Education** - **Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields**. **Work Conditions** - $600 - $800 USD, depending on experience and performance-based bonuses - Health insurance stipend of $75 USD - Full-Time - 100% Freelance - Company Hours: Monday-Saturday, 9 am to 6 pm Pacific Time. **Language**: - English (required)
