Job Description The Technical Program Manager (TPM) role is part of the IT department, responsible for overseeing and ensuring the successful completion of technology-related projects. This department operates under the strategic framework established by directives and involves collaboration between teams such as DevOps, RnD, architects, and operations. As a TPM, you will supervise and ensure the successful delivery of technology projects, maintaining high quality standards. The role combines business knowledge, technical expertise, project management skills, and leadership to drive IT projects and meet their requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Leverage your IT background and knowledge of cloud architecture, Azure, Kubernetes, and CI/CD to make informed decisions and communicate effectively with technical teams. - Manage IT projects, develop plans, lead meetings, track progress, and ensure adherence to methodologies and KPIs. - Handle escalations and manage resources, including budgeting. - Engage with senior management to present KPIs and support decision-making. - Collect stakeholder feedback and conduct satisfaction surveys. - Lead project teams through implementation phases and support team members via coaching and mentoring. - Document and develop processes, continuously improve quality and services, and identify opportunities for innovation. - Stay updated on technology trends, participate in workshops and conferences, and share insights with the team. Requirements: - Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience. - Required: PMP / Project Management Professional certification. - Preferred: Microsoft Certified in Azure Fundamentals, AWS, or GCP. Experience and Skills: - At least 7 years of hands-on experience in software, data, or infrastructure, with recent cloud technology expertise (Azure preferred) and at least 3 years in project management. - Experience in release management on-premises and cloud. - Strong technical problem-solving skills with a proven track record. - Understanding of procurement, Opex, budgeting, RFPs, RFQs, and process improvements. - Experience with Portfolio/Project Management tools. - Experience with server/storage deployment, network infrastructure, firewall, telecom circuits, wireless networks, backup and replication solutions, and Microsoft technologies (Azure, Office 365, Active Directory). - Minimum 3 years managing RnD and operations teams within frameworks like SAFe or Scrum. - Ability to articulate project status clearly, manage multiple projects, and work in complex environments. - Fluent in English, capable of communicating complex technical concepts effectively. - Highly organized with a structured approach and daily ToDo list management.
