Graphic Designer (Editorial Design) Role This role is part of the global Art Department, Gallagher's in-house agency. The Graphic Designer will work closely with AMER Art functional leaders and other team members to deliver high-quality design solutions. Main Responsibilities: - Execute design concepts accurately and efficiently using brand templates. - Interpret creative briefs to inform marketing piece creation, including print and digital executions, and corporate materials. - Collaborate with Art Directors and Copywriters to ensure successful representation of the Gallagher brand. - Manage high-volume production of edits, updates, and revisions to existing projects or templated creative. - Maintain accuracy, quality, and technical correctness in all produced work. - Promote a consistent look and feel that adheres to brand, visual, and messaging standards. - Stay up-to-date on best practices, industry trends, and techniques, and utilize the global Art Department team as a knowledge resource. Requirements: - Associate or Bachelor's degree in Visual Communications, Graphic Design, or related field. - 5+ years of experience in Editorial Design. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign and Photoshop required) and current graphic design tools and techniques. - Professional and conversational fluency in English.
