This includes initiation/scoping of the integration through configuration, solutioning, testing, go live activities, and ongoing support. In addition to the technical scope of the role, the Technical Account Manager, Suppliers is responsible for supplier account management, including being the first point of contact, pipeline management, business review management, issue/escalation management, facilitating long-term growth, and ownership of the supplier account.What You'll Do:Technical Scope:Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing efforts effectively.Understand the scope of each integration project.Coordinate effective communication among all stakeholders for each project.Track and update project management tools for each integration.Configure new integrations in Coupa, perform testing, troubleshoot errors.Provide timely resolution to support requests related to integrations.Continuously improve operational activities, KPI tracking, and supplier integrations.Support existing supplier integrations at Level 1.Supplier Account Management Scope:Serve as the primary contact for suppliers, liaising with sales, integrations, and customers.Proactively monitor sales data and pipelines to identify improvement opportunities.Facilitate integration activities between suppliers, customers, and internal teams.Ensure operational activities are on schedule per expectations and contracts.Act as a subject matter expert for assigned suppliers, managing technical challenges.Coordinate and deliver business reviews for strategic suppliers.Build strong professional relationships with supplier partners.Support suppliers in the Coupa Advantage program and onboard new suppliers efficiently.Maintain prompt communication with suppliers and stakeholders.Track support requests and liaise with support teams as needed.What You Will Bring to Coupa:3+ years of professional experience, preferably in Business Spend Management.Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.Strong relationship, team-building, and account management skills.Organizational skills with the ability to multitask.Strong presentation skills.Ability to quickly learn and adapt in a changing environment.Self-motivated leadership qualities and team collaboration skills.Understanding of cXML integrations and willingness to develop mastery.#LI-HYBRID#LI-PBCoupa is committed to equal opportunity and fostering an inclusive work environment.
