Job Description - Craft end-to-end GTM plans, including segmentation, value propositions, positioning, and launch KPIs, for new AI features such as shade-finding copilots and predictive replenishment. Create enablement toolkits that empower brand and regional teams to launch consistently and at scale. - Act as the connective tissue between Product, Data Science, Enterprise Marketing Technology, Creative, and Brand teams to ensure AI features are fit-for-purpose and brand-right. - Drive executional rigor by transforming strategic AI initiatives into concrete workplans with clear owners, timelines, and KPIs. Champion MVP thinking and fast-cycle experimentation to accelerate feature deployment, reduce time-to-value, and continuously refine AI-driven experiences based on real user feedback. - Track emerging AI trends and competitive benchmarks, translating insights into opportunity assessments and POVs. - Define success metrics and test-and-learn roadmaps to iteratively improve adoption, engagement, and conversion of AI experiences. MUST HAVES: - 5+ years in product marketing, growth marketing, or digital product management with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML-driven products. - Demonstrated success launching or scaling AI-powered experiences that delivered material lifts in revenue, AOV, CVR, or LTV. - Working knowledge of common AI techniques and how they translate into consumer-facing use cases. - Strong analytical mindset and storytelling prowess. - Experience in beauty, luxury retail, or high-consideration consumer categories is a plus. - BA/BS required; MBA or advanced degree advantageous. - Upper-Intermediate English level.
