This role will support GS HR Service Delivery contracting processes, including Request for Proposal (RFPs), Statements of Work (SOWs), Purchase Orders (POs). In addition to this, role will ensure compliance with procurement and financial best practices for Purchase Order on time generation, budget tracking, mismatch reconciliation, order closing and year end accruals. **Key Responsibilities**: - Manage the contracting process for GS HR Service Delivery by partnering with Procurement on RFPs, contracts, SOWs and collaborating with Finance on POs and chargebacks. - Identify and source vendor resources in emarketplace and conduct market analysis to determine eligible vendors and suppliers for GS HR Service Delivery processes. - Manage and review vendor SLAs by leveraging relevant metrics reports provided by Global Services HR Reporting team to ensure that vendors are meeting the SLAs. - Conduct regular vendor review meetings to monitor progress, process improvements and satisfactory delivery of SLAs - Keep tasks current by regularly monitoring open tasks and ensuring appropriate parties close tasks timely and properly. - Identify areas for improvement on daily operational processes and provide support to implement these initiatives by highlighting and discussing key changes/improvement programs with management. - Open and audit POs in Ariba as needed. - Interact and interface with customers, vendors, service providers, and other third parties as applicable. - Continuously improve systems knowledge and communications skills, thus, enhancing customer service levels. - Contribute positively to a knowledge sharing environment by documenting and sharing all relevant working experiences for future reference. - Communicate and interact effectively with customers and team members of the Global Services HR team(s); develop credibility and trusted mutually respected relationships with customers, supervisors, and team members **Qualifications** Education**: - A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required. **Experience and Skills**: **Required**: - Strong analytical ability with attention to detail required - _Upper intermediate or advanced English level_ - Discretion, professionalism, confidentiality, and judgment - Demonstrates customer orientation and excellent customer service skills - Demonstrated understanding how work and local activities integrate with other HR functional work and in alignment with HR standards. - Strong organization skills, attention to detail and follow through to resolve any outstanding issues - Strong written and verbal communication skills; manages internal communications and external/client communications with detailed support and assistance **Preferred**: - Advanced skills (macros & VBA, pivot tables) preferred - SharePoint or M-Box experience preferred - Access data base experience a plus - Experiences with managing vendor resources, contract negotiation and management of vendor SLAs - Ability to accurately collect information in order to understand and assess the customer’s needs and situation - Ability to prioritize workload and provide timely follow-up and resolution - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, self-directed team-based environment - Enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment - Ability to perform administrative activities - Uses a collaborative and employee and customer-focused mindset - Understand short-term and long-term implications of decisions and actions - Basic understanding of business, financial and organizational factors in relation to HR activities - Experience with tools to report data, track and analyze trends **Primary Location** Colombia-Distrito Capital de Bogotá-Bogotá - **Organization** Johnson & Johnson de Colombia S.A.
