Your mission: deploy bold, data-driven tactics—viral case studies, AWS hacks, analyst influence, community infiltration, trial-to-paid funnels—that generate attention, trust, and pipeline. You’ll operate with speed, creativity, and full ownership to outmaneuver giants and win mindshare in the OSS modernization race. Must-Have: Modern B2B SaaS Growth Stack Proficient in platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, HubSpot, Mixpanel, or Amplitude for funnel tracking and lead scoring Experience running A/B tests across landing pages, emails, and trial flows (e.g., with Google Optimize or Convert) Skilled at using tools like Webflow, Unbounce, or Figma to prototype and launch conversion pages Familiar with Clearbit, Segment, or other enrichment and targeting tools Deep understanding of SaaS growth metrics: CAC, LTV, PQLs, funnel conversion, and retention Technical Literacy & Automation Comfortable with SQL for self-serve analytics and growth ops Basic Python for data management, web scraping, automation, or internal tools Experience using Zapier, Airtable, or Retool to automate manual workflows and growth experiments Knows how to embed tracking scripts, manage pixels, and troubleshoot basic front-end issues Benefits: Your vacation is over and you feel that it was not enough?
