For our planet and future generations.Your Role as a Talent Acquisition Specialist - You will partner with the business and our Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialists to design effective talent attraction and assessment strategies in order to identify top talent in a variety of functions to fill current and future job openings. Additionally, by partnering with our Latin American Business leaders, you will be the key individual influencing how we continue to become a desired employer for our target talent pools.This is a 1 year contract fixed-term opportunity.This will be done by: - Creating strategic Talent Acquisition programs that help drive growth today and help build our capacity in the years to come. - Identifying and implement continuous improvement initiatives related to process, employer brand marketing, systems and technology - Building virtual and face-to-face solutions for identifying talent for hard-to-fill positions in blue and/or white collar positions at various locations across Latin America **Your profile and qualifications**: - Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or other related field - 4+ years of talent acquisition experience with a combination of in-house and staffing agency - Proven experience managing the full-cycle talent acquisition process in a professional services or engineering firm. - Sourcing experience in a wide range of functional areas including for manufacturing or mechanical engineering industry, energy, oil & gas or EPCM industry - 2+ years managing interactive media campaigns for direct applicant response, employment branding, and performance analyses - Previous experience in enterprise level Applicant Tracking Systems, Workday preferred - English and Spanish language fluency is required and Portuguese is highly preferred We are an EEO/Affirmative Action Employer that understands the value of diversity and its impact on a high performance culture.
