**_Job Title:_** Channel Sales Manager **_ Role Overview:_** Experienced Channel Account Manager **_ Company Overview:_**: The Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for driving and building relationship with channel partners and system integrators. This is a commissioned software and services sales position. Objectives include revenue, margin, volume, MSS, product mix as defined by management. **About the Role**: - Develops channel sales strategies, goals and objectives. - Conducts regular sales reviews to ensure team alignment, demonstrating leadership and initiative. - Responsible for driving revenue through partners to develop Trellix business. - Builds and leverages successful relationships with senior reseller partners. - Leverages business acumen to co-develop business plans supported by pipeline with reselling partners. - Uses sales skills to co-selling and supporting reseller sales activities. - Coordinates the involvement field sales engineering, support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner requirements. - Responsible for providing partner input to other Trellix team members. - Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship. - Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis. - Sells through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources. - Leads solution development efforts that best address end user needs while creating joint partner solutions by coordinating the involvement of all necessary Trellix and partner personnel. - Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements. - Demonstrates excellent collaboration with all teams. - Works closely with field sales & partner teams to drive customer adoptions of software and services. - Develops relationships internally and externally with various stakeholders. **About You**: - A strong understanding of the sales process and Channel Sales. - At least 6-8 years of experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques with focus on partner development. - Deep understanding of Trellix technology products and the ability to suggest custom solutions to tackle business problems. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to identify customer and partner needs and to overcome challenges; - Ability to work in fast-paced environment. - Highly detailed and process oriented, strategic thinking, problem solving skills. **_ Company Benefits and Perks:_** We work hard to embrace diversity and inclusion and encourage everyone at Trellix to bring their authentic selves to work every day.
