As a key member of our legal department, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's global legal strategy. Key Responsibilities: - To advise on a wide range of commercial agreements, including joint venture agreements, sale and purchase contracts, and other related documents. - To collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of legal considerations into business decisions. - To stay up-to-date with evolving regulatory landscapes and provide guidance on compliance matters. We are looking for an experienced lawyer with excellent analytical and interpersonal skills, who can effectively communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences. Requirements: - Advanced degree in law or equivalent experience. - Minimum 7 years PQE in a relevant field. - Strong proficiency in English and Spanish language essential. - Portuguese language a plus. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
