About the Role: The role of Massage Therapist involves performing body treatments according to established protocols, ensuring that all guests experience pure peace and relaxation. What You Will Do: Administer personalized and quality massage treatments. Provide guests with personal, friendly, and professional service, being perceptive to their individual desires and needs. Provide guests with detailed knowledge of the treatments and services offered in the Spa. Give feedback to the spa director and spa supervisor on guest responses to our service offerings, actively contributing to creating the best possible service menu to elevate the spa experience. Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in the spa, including treatment rooms and therapist quarters. Be well-informed about all aspects of the spa (e.g., appointment procedures, cleaning procedures, program menu including yoga, meditation, and other activities). Fully prepare the treatment room for service to meet Four Seasons standards. Requirements: Technician in cosmetology or aesthetician. Physiotherapy professional (desirable). Equivalent experience of 2 years as a spa therapist. Knowledge in body therapies (massages) and facials. Knowledge of body physiology. Basic English related to your work area (A2).
