About the Role: We are seeking aseasoned Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with a proven trackrecord in hiring for Finance, Legal and/or HR functions within acorporate environment. This role is pivotal in attracting top-tiertalent across a wide range of global locations, from transactionalto strategic leadership roles. You’ll partner closely withdepartment heads, HR Business Partners, and other stakeholders tobuild high-performing teams that drive our business to the nextlevel. Own end-to-endrecruitment for Finance, Legal and / or HR roles, from requisitionto onboarding. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships withHeads of Department, Vice-Presidents and other senior leaders tounderstand their business goals and hiring needs. 3. Develop andexecute tailored sourcing strategies to attract top candidatesthrough various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals,networking, etc.). 4. Screen and assess candidates for bothtechnical capabilities and cultural fit within a fast-paced,corporate setting. 5. Manage the candidate experience, ensuringtimely communication and a seamless process. 6. Collaborate with HRand compensation teams to develop competitive offers and closecandidates efficiently. 7. Ensure the accuracy of recruitment dataand analytics to report on hiring trends, time-to-fill, andpipeline health. 8. Ensure compliance with internal policies andexternal legal/regulatory requirements. 9. Partner with agenciesand search firms to outsource recruitment efforts as needed. 10. Bean effective ambassador of the company to all potential candidatesand third parties. 11. Partner with hiring managers throughout theinterview process to develop job descriptions, identify candidates,manage the candidate experience, and negotiate offers. 12. Meetwith hiring managers on a regular basis to discuss hiring needs andthe status of candidates. 13. Maintain a solid understanding ofindustry trends and provide insight into the competitive landscape. What Makes You a Strong Candidate: 1. 5+ years of experience as arecruiter, with at least a few years spent agency side. 2. Experience in recruiting for finance, legal and / or HR roles a bigplus, particularly within regulated industries. 3. Experiencesupporting international relocation also a plus. 4. Subject matterknowledge of finance, legal and / or HR job families, terminologyand credentials. 5. Experience recruiting in international marketsand cross-border recruitment, in particular experience recruitingin new countries will be a plus. 6. Excellent sourcing and talentmapping skills using modern recruiting tools and techniques,including use of niche platforms and associations (e.g. ACC, AICPA,CIPD, SHRM, IBA) for a headhunting style approach. 7. Experience inbeing measured on quality of hire, stakeholder satisfaction,candidate experience (NPS) and time-to-fill for hard to fill roles.8. Experience partnering with new and senior stakeholders. 9. Professional level of English is a must, other languages are aplus. 10. Previous experience with ATS - Jobvite is a plus.
