As part of this continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Finance Director to oversee financial operations across the European region. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and oversee all finance functions in the EU region, including accounting, reporting, planning, forecasting, tax, treasury, and compliance. - Develop and implement regional financial strategies aligned with global objectives. - Partner with regional business leaders to support strategic decisions, commercial initiatives, and performance optimization. - Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with IFRS and local regulations. - Drive budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accountability and alignment with company goals. - Oversee internal controls, audit processes, and risk management initiatives. - Lead and mentor the regional finance team, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture. - Act as a key liaison with corporate finance and global HQ on regional performance and planning.
