Senior Product Manager, Scalable Container Solutions Are you interested in working on large-scale cloud service platforms built on Kubernetes, serving a diverse set of Microsoft 365 product teams managing some of the largest workloads at Microsoft? Join the Microsoft 365 Core Product Management team. Our goal is to make Microsoft 365 the most secure, efficient, and scalable service globally. We develop managed platforms that enable Microsoft 365 engineering teams to develop and release new services. As an experienced Senior Product Manager, you will drive the strategy and roadmap for our Kubernetes-based infrastructure platform, focusing on customer self-service automation, AI Agents, Linux workload support, and close collaboration with engineering teams to build and deliver scalable software systems. Driving growth strategy and product roadmap. 2. Evangelizing the product across Microsoft to attract new customers. 3. Collaborating with stakeholders to define product requirements, including platform owners, engineering teams, and compliance auditors. 4. Partnering with Microsoft 365 and Azure teams to develop new features and ensure business continuity. 5. Managing the backlog and prioritizing features to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. 6. Delivering an enterprise-grade platform across various clouds following go-to-market strategies. 7. Building partnerships with technical leaders across the company. 8. Upholding our culture and values. Qualifications Required - Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years in product/service/project/program management or software development, or equivalent experience. - Familiarity with Kubernetes or container technologies. Preferred - Bachelor's Degree and 7+ years in product/service/project/program management or software development, or equivalent experience. - Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels. - Curiosity and ability to navigate ambiguity. - Positive, collaborative attitude with a bias for action. - Strong team culture contribution. - Problem-solving skills, intellectual curiosity, and adaptability to change. - Experience with software platforms and development processes. - Empathy for developers and customer-centric approach. - Design thinking, data-driven decision making, and analytical skills. - Ability to quickly learn new technologies and go deep technically. - Capability to develop vision and roadmap for complex areas.
