Country Brand Lead Oncology The role of Country Brand Lead Oncology is a key position within the organization, responsible for overseeing and driving the portfolio strategy for oncology products in the country. This includes owning, defining, and executing tactical plans to ensure the success of these brands. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute regional initiatives and programs that drive portfolio strategies. You will also be responsible for collaborating with the global brand team to ensure optimal decision making and effective support of the portfolio. Key responsibilities include tailoring and executing portfolio strategies to local market needs, providing local insights and brand feedback to internal stakeholders, forecasting portfolio performance, and developing and owning the local omnichannel strategy. This role requires a strong background in marketing and experience working in the healthcare industry, particularly in the oncology market. A bachelor's degree or equivalent is required, and proficiency in English is essential.
