How You Will Impact Our Ecosystem Negotiate strategic marketing plans with key makers and non-traditional advertising accounts in the liquors and vapes category, generating revenue for the company. Responsible for defining actions in Trade marketing, Media, Sampling, Data, and insights. Conduct hunting for new makers and brands to incorporate into Rappi, aiming to close long-term negotiations and JBP's. Follow-up on campaign results with the growth management team. Design and implement follow-up activities aligned with manufacturers through brand growth pathways. Responsible for the revenue of the main makers in the category. Guarantee profitability and return on investment through planning, execution, and reporting. As Part of Rappi, You Will Be Responsible For - Hunting for new makers and developing categories. - Developing business proposals and marketing plans with key partners and non-traditional advertising accounts using trade marketing, media, and sampling strategies. - Fostering and developing long-term relationships with new brands to capture revenue growth opportunities with Rappi audiences. - Designing and executing disruptive marketing campaigns that leverage growth and positioning of e-commerce categories. - Collaborating with stakeholders to follow up on campaign execution, results, and billing. - Achieving revenue sales quotas. And now, what are the requirements to be part of this neon universe? - Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, Management, or related disciplines. - 4-5 years of experience in sales and/or mass consumption. - Knowledge of sales management and CRM. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, stakeholder management, sales systems design, and data analysis experience. - Passion for sales.
