We seeking a driven SDR to spearhead our leadgeneration efforts. You will focus on identifying potentialclients, initiating contact via email and/or social platforms, andthen seamlessly passing those leads to our Canada-based team forfollow-up calls. We’re looking for an individual who can leverageconsulting or related experience to spot quality leads in themarket, even if you won’t be the one speaking directly to them oncethey’ve shown interest. Role and Responsibilities - ResearchPotential Clients: Monitor job postings on LinkedIn and other sitesto identify companies that may need recruitment services. - Engageand Qualify: Send introductory emails or messages to gauge hiringneeds and interest in our services. - Lead Handoff: Once youidentify interested prospects (hiring managers, HR, or leadershipcontacts), forward them to our Canada-based team, who will handlecalls and close the deals. - Maintain Prospect Database: Keepdetailed records of all outreach efforts, responses, and relevantdetails to ensure a smooth handoff to the Canadian team. Requirements - Bachelor's degree - Excellent English skills -Consulting or Related Experience: Familiarity with identifyingbusiness challenges and proposing solutions. - StrongCommunication: Excellent written communication skills (Englishproficiency) for email outreach and messaging. - Comfort withRemote Sales Tools: Experience using CRM systems or lead-trackingplatforms is a plus. - Self-Starter: Ability to work independentlyand meet lead generation targets in a fast-paced environment.
