We are seeking an experienced and dynamic BusinessDevelopment Country Manager to lead our company's growth anddevelopment in LATAM. The ideal candidate should possess a deepunderstanding of the forex & trading industry, a proven trackrecord of establishing and growing business setups and have acomprehensive understanding of the regulatory and complianceframework of the region. Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implementa strategic business plan to grow the company's presence in thecountry. 2. Conduct market research to identify new businessopportunities and stay up to date with industry trends anddevelopments. 3. Establish and maintain relationships with keystakeholders, including clients, regulatory bodies, and otherindustry players. 4. Identify and evaluate potential partners,clients, and investors to expand the company's customer base andrevenue streams. 5. Collaborate with the global team to ensurealignment with company-wide objectives and strategies. 6. Monitorand analyse business performance metrics, including sales, revenue,and profitability, and develop and execute plans to address anyareas of concern. 7. Build and lead a high-performance team,including recruiting, training, and motivating staff members toachieve business targets. 8. Ensure compliance with localregulations and company policies and procedures. 9. Represent thecompany at industry events, conferences, and other relevant forums.Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business administration,economics, finance, or a related field. MBA preferred. 2. At least5 years of experience in the forex & trading industry, with aproven track record of establishing and growing business setups. 3.Excellent knowledge of local regulatory frameworks and compliancerequirements. 4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills withthe ability to build and maintain relationships with clients,stakeholders, and team members. 5. Ability to analyse businessperformance metrics and develop and execute effective strategies toaddress areas of concern. 6. Strong leadership skills, with theability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve business targets.7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a highlevel of flexibility and adaptability. 8. Ability to travel. 9.Fluency in both written and spoken English and the local languageis essential.
