**Team Leader - Customs Brokerage (North America)** **Your Part In It**: **Key Responsibilities**: - Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of customs agents, providing guidance and support to ensure accurate and timely submissions of customs documentation. - Compliance Management: Ensure all customs entries comply with relevant regulations and company policies. Stay updated on changes in customs laws and practices. - Training and Development: Develop training programs for new team members and provide ongoing professional development to enhance team skills and knowledge. - Client Interaction: Collaborate with internal teams and clients to address any issues related to customs entries, ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction. - Reporting and Analytics: Generate reports on team performance, compliance metrics, and other relevant data to support management decision-making. - Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any discrepancies or challenges in customs documentation, working closely with customs authorities as needed. **Qualifications**: - 2+ years of experience in a related field, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role(A Plus+). - In-depth knowledge of customs regulations, tariffs, and compliance requirements.(We will provide training) - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Excellent leadership and team management abilities. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite(excel). - Strong writing English communication and interpersonal skills. This full-time in-office position from Monday to Friday.
