The Impact of aTechnical Account Manager, Suppliers at Coupa: The TechnicalAccount Manager, Suppliers owns the operational processes forintegrating assigned suppliers with Coupa customers. This includesinitiation/scoping of the integration through configuration,solutioning, testing, go live activities, and ongoing support. Inaddition to the technical scope of the role, the Technical AccountManager, Suppliers is responsible for supplier account management,including being the first point of contact, pipeline management,business review management, issue/escalation management,facilitating long-term growth, and ownership of the supplieraccount. What You'll Do: - Technical Scope: - Manage multipleprojects simultaneously, prioritizing efforts effectively. -Understand the scope of each integration project. - Coordinateeffective communication among all stakeholders for each project. -Track and update project management tools for each integration. -Configure new integrations in Coupa, perform testing, troubleshooterrors. - Provide timely resolution to support requests related tointegrations. - Continuously improve operational activities, KPItracking, and supplier integrations. - Support existing supplierintegrations at Level 1. - Supplier Account Management Scope: -Serve as the primary contact for suppliers, liaising with sales,integrations, and customers. - Proactively monitor sales data andpipelines to identify improvement opportunities. - Facilitateintegration activities between suppliers, customers, and internalteams. - Ensure operational activities are on schedule perexpectations and contracts. - Act as a subject matter expert forassigned suppliers, managing technical challenges. - Coordinate anddeliver business reviews for strategic suppliers. - Build strongprofessional relationships with supplier partners. - Supportsuppliers in the Coupa Advantage program and onboard new suppliersefficiently. - Maintain prompt communication with suppliers andstakeholders. - Track support requests and liaise with supportteams as needed.
