Position Overview As part of the schools continued commitment to internationalisation and English language development, they are now seeking a dedicated International Support Teacher to join the Upper Elementary (Grades 14) team. This is a non-lead teaching position ideal for an experienced educator who enjoys working in partnership with local teachers to reinforce English language learning and subject comprehension. The successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting small-group instruction and co-teaching across subjects delivered in English, particularly Math, Science, and Social Studies. Key Responsibilities Co-teach and support lessons in subjects delivered in English, focusing on oral and written communication skills. Work closely with Colombian lead teachers to reinforce subject-specific English vocabulary and academic writing. Facilitate small-group activities aimed at improving English pronunciation, fluency, and comprehension. Support students applying to international universities by assisting with essay writing, interview preparation, and academic English development. Provide language immersion support across various grade levels, particularly in secondary school subjects such as Math, Sciences, and Social Studies. Collaborate with staff on Montessori and Cambridge-based curriculum strategies for bilingual education. ·Participate in teacher training and curriculum planning to support the integration of international teaching methodologies.
