We are a small, entrepreneurial, and fast-growing company. We’re looking for an independent, driven, full time salesperson to join our team. Consistent schedule, opportunity to learn the real estate investing business. Strong performance is a must in this position. We are looking for 8 hours a day (EST time hours). Pay is $12-$17 USD/Hr based on experience plus bonuses. About The Position: - Follow up with home sellers who contacted us to sell their house, qualifying these prospects over the phone, and setting up appointments for the principal of the company - Follow up with home sellers who have been cold called by our virtual assistants and have indicated they may want to sell; you will need to qualify these sellers -- understand why they are selling, when they want to sell, the condition of the property, identify their asking price, and schedule an appointment. - You'll have weekly performance check-ins with to ensure on track to hit goals and achieve results - This is a full time position that will have a consistent daily & weekly schedule working EST hours - This is a remote position, work from home - You’re coachable and eager to learn. - You demonstrate having a great attitude. - You’re competitive and will do whatever it takes to get the job done. - You’re looking for long term opportunity - Deal oriented with ability to manage our sales CRM system and calendar - Highly proficient with technology - video conferences, google voice, google drive, VOIP calling software, etc. - Willing to have accountability conversations on a regular basis - Must have excellent spoken English **Salary**: $12-$17 USD per hour plus bonuses based on experience. **Education**: - High school or equivalent (required) **Experience**: - Sales: 2 years (required) **Language**: - English (required)
